2 Periods

The columns of the grid. Mark recess/lunch as a break — no class is placed there.

3 Sections & subjects

Add each class/section, then its subjects. “Sessions/week” is how many times it meets; “Periods/session” is the block length (2 for a lab). Give each a faculty and room so clashes can be avoided across sections.
